Ongoing Performance Advisory

A regular rhythm of reporting, review and commercial advice that keeps performance visible and management accountable.

Overview

A regular, structured view of performance — and someone to work through it with.

Good reporting is only valuable if someone reads it, questions it and acts on it. Ongoing Performance Advisory provides a consistent monthly rhythm: reporting prepared, results reviewed, variances explained and actions agreed. It suits businesses that want the discipline of strong management reporting without building a full in-house finance function.

Compile the monthly pack from your systems, with variances explained.

  3. 03

Questions

About this service

How is ongoing advisory priced?

Arrangements are scoped to the level of support you need and agreed upfront as a regular monthly fee, so costs are predictable.

Do you replace our accountant or bookkeeper?

No. Outturn works alongside your accountant and bookkeeper. We focus on management reporting and commercial performance; tax, compliance and statutory accounts remain with your accountant.

Can we start here without a review?

Yes, although most arrangements begin with a short review or reporting set-up so the monthly reporting is built on a solid foundation.
